Called this morning needing help with a backed up kitchen sink that we were unable to solve ourselves. First time ever needing a plumber but I called Remedy Rooter having found them by their google reviews. Grant answered and was able to fit me in same day, gave me a quick and concise rundown on what to expect during the visit and cost wise. Rick showed up right on time and got straight to diagnosing the issue. Had the problem fixed promptly despite what turns out to be incorrectly built pipes for my kitchen island and had me back up and running. Highly recommend their company for fast service, professional support, no nonsense costs and expectation setting which I greatly appreciated.
