This is regarding a work done by Jesus Garcia. The work I requested was a mere repair of the tub spout in my house. Jesus was sent to my house the following day, 07/09/24, to redo the work done by another technician the day before. Jesus was a very nice guy who was well trained and experienced. Luciano was quick and efficient. He explained everything very clearly so that I could understand what to expect and what was going on. He was clean and I had no worries about letting have free range of the house. When he got to my house, he called to let me know he had arrived instead of knocking because he knew I had a dog in the house. AND he tightened the toilet seat as a bonus because he noticed it needed a little TLC. It wasnt even on my radar. He was just supposed to replace a simple part.
