Edited 1/2/25: Had another drain issue and called Remedy Rooter again. They were out SO quickly and issue was resolved so fast! Tim was my tech this time! Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day.

Amber was super helpful on the phone and got me scheduled the same day. Juan came out and was awesome very patient and solved the problem in no time while also educating me on the issue and fixing a problem I didnt even request along the way. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again if needed!

My property management company used this company to fix our disposal and Luciano, who was the plumber/tech was beyond helpful answered my questions and was VERY kind and efficient! I also wanna say the dispatcher, Amber, complete rockstar!
