Smelling drain from underneath crawl space. Tech found broken ferno Sanitary Tee. Tech proce3ded to clean area and lay down absorbent to ensure good working conditions, and no smells. Tech removed and repaired sanitary tee. Tech also cleaned kitchen sink drain, ptrap, and ensure good flow. Tech also cleared 2" drain leading up to main drain. 50-60 feet. Upon completion, Tech tested with water from the hose bib. No clogs and no leaks.
